RFO/B5Q Podcast: Episode 17

2006 WCHA Final Five

Welcome to the 17th episode of the RFO/B5Q podcast, simulcast here at Radio Free Omaha and at Bucky’s Fifth Quarter.

Presented by RFO’s Matthew Semisch and B5Q’s hockey editor Andy Johnson, this podcast looks at what’s going on around the Western Collegiate Hockey Association as well as NCAA college hockey in general.

Semisch is a WCHA columnist for United States College Hockey Online and occasionally covers women’s college hockey for NCAA.com. If you’re not familiar with Johnson, he covers the Badger hockey program at Bucky’s Fifth Quarter and also works with the Western College Hockey blog.

Once a week, Semisch and Johnson come together to give listeners to the podcast an in-depth look at what’s going on in the WCHA.

This week, Semisch and Johnson review the first round of the league’s playoffs and look ahead to the WCHA Final Five taking place in St. Paul, Minn..

As always, all comments and questions for the show are welcome. You can find Semisch on Twitter at @matthewsemisch. You can also catch Johnson on Twitter at @AndyJohnsonB5Q.
