Raubenheimer, Archibald both score twice to clinch sweep of Michigan Tech

Nebraska Omaha junior forward Zahn Raubenheimer scored twice Saturday to give himself four on the weekend, and sophomore Josh Archibald scored a pair of his own in a 5-3 win at WCHA rival Michigan Tech.

GAME NOTES:
UNO head coach Dean Blais opted to stick with senior goaltender John Faulkner in Saturday’s rematch weith Michigan Tech. Freshman Anthony Stolarz has started all of UNO’s Saturday games this season up until this weekend, but he is 0-3-0 on the year and Faulkner stopped 21 of the 22 shots he faced Friday in a winning effort over the Huskies…Ryan Walters‘s power-play goal in Saturday’s second period was UNO’s first tally when playing with the man advantage in its last 18 opportunities…Johnnie Searfoss assisted on three of Raubenheimer’s four goals this weekend, including on both of Raubenheimer’s tallies on Saturday…UNO’s 43 shots on goal Saturday were the Mavericks’ most in a single game so far this season…MTU has lost its last five consecutive games, and is now 0-5-1 all-time at home against UNO.
